Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Naenae College!
The enrolment process at Naenae College is a two-stage process.
Stage One
First, we ask that you complete an enrolment application form, using the link at the top of our home page. In the application form, we ask for some information that we need to help us make our enrolment decisions:
- Residence information – where the student lives so we can determine whether the application is in-zone or out-of-zone
- Eligibility information – checking the student is eligible to attend school in New Zealand
- Caregiver contact details – your contact information so we can contact you if we need to follow up on any part of your application.
We will need the following evidence:
- A recent phone, power or internet bill as proof of address
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport, as proof of their eligibility to attend school in New Zealand as a domestic student.
We’ll use this information to help us decide which students will be offered places at Naenae College next year. We’ll contact you by mid-November to let you know if your child will be offered a place.
Stage Two
For students who are offered a place at Naenae College next year, we’ll send out a second form. We use this to collect a wide range of personal information that we need to help us put your child in the right classes and to ensure your child receives the highest level of care while attending Naenae College.
- Full personal details
- Residence, caregiver and emergency contact details
- Medical Information
- Achievement information
We’ll need the following evidence:
- A copy of your child’s last progress report
- Evidence of any medical diagnosis, needs and or medications relevant to school
If you have any questions about the enrolment process, or need any help along the way, please feel free to contact the office at Naenae College – enrolments@naenae-college.school.nz
